| Chief Mine Geologist– Mining Industry |
Position reports to the Mining Manager. Candidate will be responsible for all geological information and mine geology activities for the existing open pit and underground mines. Candidate will also develop and coordinate mine site exploration programs. Position requires candidate to work independently with a high degree of initiative and creativity. Candidate must possess strong problem- solving and interpretive skills. Possessing a B.Sc in Geology or Geological Engineering and registered as a Professional Geoscientist in the province of Ontario. Candidate must have a minimum of 10 years experience, at least 3 years at a senior level. Must also have experience with Gemcom, A- Mine or other mining software.
